All invoices are billed at 30 days after end of month.
Shipping: Unless otherwise specified by the purchaser, items will be shipped via media mail, United States Postal Service with delivery tracking. Shipping is billed to the purchaser at cost.

Returns: PLEASE PACK ALL RETURNS EXTREMELY WELL to minimize chances of damage in transit. Books that are unwrapped or loose in the box will arrive with chafed and scratched covers, dented corners, and will not receive full credit. Extreme damage due to poor packing will receive no credit. Returns are not accepted prior to 30 days nor after one year from date of invoice. Returns must be received in clean, undamaged, and saleable condition. Shipping is not reimbursed.
100% credit given for overstock returns with full invoice information, books in good saleable condition, shipping charges prepaid; otherwise 45% of list price credit given. Damaged periodicals will receive 50% of list price to no credit.
No credit will be given for books not purchased directly from the publisher or for returns outside allowable times.
Bookseller must request and receive publisher's permission before shipping returns. Invoice numbers and dates must be included with request.
Should you receive books in damaged condition, please notify the publisher at once to arrange replacement. Claims for books received damaged must be made within 30 days of shipping date. Defects/damage must be clearly indicated.
